Common questions
From the mobile app dashboard, tap "Get my score" or the + button. On the web, go to Dashboard → Properties → Add property.
The score reflects actual compliance — you earn the 40-pt core by verifying each applicable CA requirement (smoke alarms, SB 721 inspections, etc.) on the Property screen. 100 means every requirement is attested, not just answered.
The offer expires automatically (2–5 hrs depending on urgency), the repair reopens, and Veluna Rent alerts you. Review the request, choose another vendor, and tap send when you are ready.
They load automatically from your property address. If your city isn't listed yet, California statewide rules (AB 1482, deposit deadlines, notice periods) still apply.
Use mobile Settings to delete your account in-app, or visit the Delete Your Account page for the public deletion request option. Email support if you need an export or help finding your account.
