How it works, step by step
- 1
A repair is reported from a QR sticker, the Veluna Rent line, or the owner repair form. Residents do not need the app or an account.
- 2
The request appears in Repairs and waits there. A report from a stranger with a printed sticker can create a request — it can never send anyone to your property.
- 3
Enabled alerts are attempted through each recipient’s configured push, SMS, or email channels, so a new report reaches you rather than sitting unseen.
- 4
You open the repair and send it to a vendor. Veluna ranks your saved vendors for that property and trade, and shows why any of them cannot be used.
- 5
Newly discovered local businesses are saved only as candidates. Veluna does not contact them until you review and mark one preferred.
- 6
The vendor you chose receives a secure job link through configured channels. The job page contains the approved context and tenant-submitted photos. Offers expire by urgency.
- 7
If that offer expires, stalls, or is declined, the repair reopens and you are told. Veluna does not pass the job to the next name on its own.
- 8
Need details from the resident? Open the repair and message them when contact details are available. Replies use a secure web link.
- 9
When your Veluna Rent line is enabled, the voice assistant can collect a repair report and route it through the same property-scoped review — again, without contacting a vendor.
