Delete Your Account

Veluna Rent is operated by Veluna Elara LLC. You can permanently delete your Veluna Rent account and its associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Veluna Rent app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@californiarentcompliance.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify and process the request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your data, including: your profile and login, your properties and leases, maintenance requests and issue details, saved vendors, device/push tokens, notification preferences, and your compliance records.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records when required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and are then deleted. We do not sell personal information.

Timing

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed promptly, normally within 30 days.
