Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. The free Veluna Rent plan is always free; this policy covers paid Premium subscriptions purchased on the web.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you will never be billed.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will return that payment in full. Email support@californiarentcompliance.com from your account email and we will process it, typically within 5–10 business days, to your original payment method.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the 14-day window and the discontinuation case below, partial periods already started are non-refundable.
If we discontinue the service
If Veluna Rent stops offering a paid service entirely, prepaid annual subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their current term. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email before access ends so you can export anything you need.
How to request a refund
Email support@californiarentcompliance.com from the email on your account, with the word “Refund” in the subject. We will confirm by reply.
